PPHE Hotel Group choose Crave Interactive’s ServeSafely mobile ordering for its hotels and restaurants.
Crave Interactive, a leading global hospitality technology company, have signed an agreement with PPHE Hotel Group (‘PPHE’) to provide mobile orderings solutions to PPHE’s hotels and restaurants using its innovative ServeSafely solutions.
PPHE’s hotel portfolio comprises 37 hotels across Europe. The first phase of Crave’s ServeSafely roll-out includes 15 hotels and 5 restaurants in the UK and the Netherlands. The solution has already been installed and is operational within selected Park Plaza hotels in London and Amsterdam.
ServeSafely provides guests with instant access to food and beverage ordering via QR codes, and has been integrated with PPHE’s payment provider. The technology helps staff and guests maintain social distancing and eliminates the need to handle menus, cash or payment terminals.
