London 9 May 2018. Crave Interactive, the world leading developer of cloud-based digital guest service solutions for hotels, today announced that Secrets® St. James Montego Bay and Secrets® Wild Orchid Montego Bay in Jamaica have installed Crave T-Mini tablets.

With the expansion of Crave in-room tablets at two additional resorts, Crave’s continued success demonstrates the growing demand for digital guest solutions. The all-inclusive resort market is particularly focused on encouraging guests to experience non-packaged services offered at the hotels, including fabulous spa treatments, exclusive private beach dinners and immersive local excursions. Crave in-room tablets have proven to be beneficial by assisting the hotel teams in discretely communicating these available supplementary amenities to current guests, generating additional income for the properties.

Both Secrets St. James and Secrets Wild Orchid have selected the new T-Mini tablet from Crave for the properties’ guest rooms and suites. This is the latest, 8” custom tablet incorporating a charging dock and all the powerful features expected from Crave’s tablet range, including the company’s world-class Mobile Device Management and Crave OS, all powered by Crave Cloud.
