London, October 12, 2017. Crave Interactive, a global leader in digital guest services for hotels, today announced an agreement with AMResorts whereby Crave tablets will be installed in 13,000 luxury vacation rooms across the Caribbean and Latin America, replacing all paper collateral within the rooms.

This is a significant agreement that represents the growing trend amongst hotels to replace paper collateral with a sleek digital equivalent.

North America’s fastest growing leisure resort company, AMResorts first partnered with Crave in November 2015, installing the in-room tables at Secrets® Papagayo Costa Rica. Since then, the partnership has grown to include 12 properties totaling 3,000 rooms to date.

In a landmark agreement AMResorts has agreed to install Crave’s new T-Mini 8” tablets in all 13,000 rooms of the Zoëtry® Wellness Resorts & Spas brand as well as the Secrets®, Breathless® and Dreams® Resorts & Spas branded properties, emphasizing Crave’s leadership in digital guest service solutions. This decision will make Crave tablets a brand standard in every room of AMResorts’ adults-only brand portfolio in addition to the Dreams family-friendly collection of properties.

Switching all the paper content to a tablet allows AMResorts’ Hotel Managers greater flexibility to make instant content changes and generate incremental revenue by promoting resort services. Opportunities include the on-property spa, helping to fill last-minute space and maximize other non-package revenues. They have also replaced the resort’s daily newsletters with a digital edition, saving money on printing and delivery to the rooms every night.

Guests’ feedback and reviews about Crave in-room tablets are highly positive across TripAdvisor and social media. Crave tablets consistently deliver an average of 50 page views per room night and a guest engagement rate of 90% in Resort properties. The combination of Crave OS, Crave Cloud & Crave In-room tablets is a proven winning formula for AMResorts.
